In My Own Words
Talking about my professional journey without talking about my personal life would be impossible. My path of self-discovery and spirituality has always been intertwined with my work, as everything I have lived and experienced has shaped the professional I am today. From an early age, I had spiritual experiences—I felt, perceived, and connected with something greater—which awakened my natural interest in meditation and yoga from an early age. This intuitive connection with meditation later became an essential tool in my therapeutic practice.
For over 25 years, I have dedicated myself to psychotherapy, meditation, and integrative practices, with the purpose of guiding those who wish to strengthen themselves from within, rebuild themselves into a new Self, and flourish in their human essence.
I studied Biology and Psychology, always seeking to understand the mind, consciousness, and the human being. I deepened this path with postgraduate studies in Transpersonal Psychology (UNIPAZ-Sul) and Biopsychology (Instituto Visão Futuro), in addition to a Master's degree in Holistic Psychology and Coaching (ESNECA Business School), combining academic knowledge and personal experience in a body of work of my own focused on the awakening of consciousness, emotional balance, and integral transformation. My professional journey began in 1997 at the Vida Nova Psychiatric Hospital and continues to evolve to this day.

“Transcending the mind opens the way to discovering your true nature. Going beyond thoughts allows you to connect with who you really are, promoting a profound state of self-acceptance.
Most of the time, we make choices or believe we should follow a certain path because we are unconsciously trapped by deeply rooted internal patterns.
However, by accessing your essence—free from this conditioning—you open yourself to new possibilities, allowing yourself to achieve what truly adds value and meaning to your life.”
