The Samadhi Project

The Samadhi Project is a psycho-spiritual development process that integrates meditation and self-knowledge, focusing on expanding consciousness, being present in the moment, and inner transformation.

Its purpose is to build a new self — an identity more aligned with a new paradigm, in which psychology and spirituality come together in daily practice.

This path awakens clarity, balance, and integration between mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
Free from beliefs and doctrines, Samadhi is a direct experience of the essence of existence.

The central axis

Meditation is the heart of Samadhi.
It is through this that inner silence becomes fertile ground for the expansion of consciousness and true self-knowledge.
Transformation happens in the present moment, when thought gives way to presence.
The whole process is experiential — knowledge comes from practice, not theory.

How Samadhi happens

More than a spiritual practice, Samadhi is a space for self-development that integrates theory and experience — where knowledge and experience go hand in hand — supporting a real and continuous transformation.

Each stage of the process combines meditation, reflection, and moments of learning, so that knowledge does not remain only in the mind, but becomes living consciousness.
It is a space for internal exploration, where each person progresses at their own pace, respecting their own time and intuition.
Samadhi is not a course or a fixed format — it is an ongoing experience, sustained by individual commitment to awakening.

Paths of Progression

These are steps that organize practice and learning, respecting each person's pace. Flexible references—not rigid steps or a finish line.

Path 1

Ego Disidentification
(Psychology of Meditation)
  • To position oneself in a decentralized way.

  • To observe the ego without becoming confused by it.

  • Reduce identification with the false self.

  • Recognizing blockages, projections, and patterns.

  • Generate internal responses.

  • Expand your awareness in the present moment, allowing a new self to emerge.

Path 2

Formation of the Psychospiritual Self (Spirituality of Meditation)
  • To form and integrate the psycho-spiritual self into daily life.

  • Strengthening awareness in the present moment: attunement and resonance with the surrounding field.

  • Revisiting and deepening the themes of Path 1.

  • Vibrational communication: present awareness that connects, perceives, and guides.

  • Introduce new practices and insights, according to each person's experience.
