I offer personalised sessions, online or in person, using the approach that best suits where you are right now.
Whether for emotional support, spiritual development, or self-discovery, I tailor the practices to your individual context.

I also offer group sessions, creating space for shared experiences and collective learning.
I work with people who seek more than just technique: they seek meaning, truth, and realignment with their soul.

Meditation & Psychospiritual Development Coach

- Individual / Group -

In a world where external noise never seems to stop and inner silence has become a luxury, meditation is an essential gateway.

My work as a Meditation Coach is not simply about teaching techniques; it is about guiding you back to your own centre — with presence, clarity and purpose.

What Does Being a Meditation Coach Mean to Me?

For me, being a meditation coach is about far more than leading meditation practices. It is about accompanying you as you break automatic patterns, observe your mental and emotional patterns, and cultivate a new relationship with your own awareness in the present moment.  moment.

It is a practical, structured and, at the same time, deeply spiritual journey, where you learn to use meditation as a powerful tool — not only to calm the mind, but also to access intuition, mental focus, clarity of purpose and genuine presence in the present moment.

How It Works:

• Personalised sessions (online or in person)

• Ongoing support for your meditation routine

• Practices tailored to your current stage of life

• Emotional and spiritual guidance to help integrate meditation into your daily routine

Who It Is For:

This work is designed for people who:

  • Are starting from scratch and feel lost

  • Already meditate but feel stuck

  • Want to move beyond technique and experience genuine transformation

  • Are seeking self-awareness, focus, inner calm and psycho-spiritual development

  • Are tired of repeating emotional cycles and wish to break deep-rooted patterns

What Does It Mean to Me to Guide This Journey?

It means serving as a bridge between chaos and stillness, between suffering and clarity. It means holding your hand until you are able to walk on your own — and realise that, in truth, you were never separate from your own essence.

It means awakening within you a forgotten resource: the power of being fully present in the present moment.

Transpersonal Psychotherapy

- Individual -

Transpersonal Psychotherapy is an approach that goes beyond the rational analysis of thoughts and behaviours. It integrates mind, body, emotions and the spiritual dimension, understanding the human being as a complex system in constant transformation. Here, we do not work solely with symptoms. We explore trauma, emotional blockages, unconscious patterns and conditioning — including those that cannot be accessed through conversation or logic alone.

Pain is acknowledged and welcomed, but it does not become the centre. The focus is on expanding awareness, enabling you to understand what you are living through, why you are living through it, and how to transform it in a consistent and sustainable way.

The Therapeutic Process

Imagine your life story as a mosaic, made up of countless coloured pieces: experiences, relationships, emotions, choices, losses and achievements. Being within that mosaic, it is often difficult to see it clearly.

Therapy provides that conscious distance. From there, you begin to observe your own story with greater clarity and emotional responsibility. This allows you to reorganise the present, understand patterns, and create new ways of relating to yourself, to others, and to life.

Together, we journey through your unconscious mind, allowing each piece of your mosaic to find its place in a more authentic and harmonious way.

Each session respects your individual pace and uniqueness. There are no ready-made formulas.

Technique and Approach

Over the years, and through the experience I have gained, I have developed a distinctive approach of my own that integrates meditation and other transpersonal techniques, applied with precision to access different layers of the mind and go beyond it, fostering the expansion of consciousness. This combination broadens the scope of the therapeutic process, enabling access to deeper levels of the psyche — those that do not reveal themselves through words alone.

In practice, this work integrates:

  • Body awareness — noticing how emotions and experiences manifest in the body.

  • Emotional perception — identifying what you feel with greater distance and awareness.

  • Emotional insight — deepening your understanding of the origins, meaning and patterns connected to what you feel.

  • Existential meaning — understanding how your experiences relate to who you are and the direction of your life.

These dimensions support changes that endure beyond the therapy sessions.

The aim is not to create therapeutic dependency, but to develop autonomy, awareness and inner alignment. Throughout the process, you learn to recognise your own patterns, understand your inner processes and develop your own therapeutic resources — in other words, you become able to acknowledge, understand and work with yourself (what I call Self-Therapy). Therapy becomes not only a space for treatment, but also a path of inner learning, so that you can continue on your path with greater presence, coherence and direction.

Vibrational Medicine

- Individual -

Vibrational Medicine is based on the premise that everything in the universe — including the human body — has a vibrational dimension. From this perspective, cells, thoughts and emotions are associated with different frequencies, and imbalances may manifest on physical, emotional or spiritual levels.

Here, I work with the vibrational architecture of the being, focusing on clearing, reprogramming and aligning frequencies to foster greater coherence between the psyche, body, spirit and soul.

It is an energetic realignment approach that seeks to harmonise the body, emotions, mind and consciousness through vibrational modulation.

The sessions work with the subtle energy fields, seeking to release unconscious patterns, reprogramme mental and emotional frequencies, and anchor new vibrations of balance and purpose.

The process may involve spiritual unfolding practices, such as Apometry, mental reprogramming, chakra harmonisation, practices known as spiritual surgery, and the anchoring of multidimensional frequencies, according to the needs perceived during the session.

The aim is to restore the natural flow of energy and consciousness, allowing a return to your essential vibration — with greater freedom, a greater sense of centredness and coherence with the soul.
